Game Overview

Entropos is a team-based tactical online shooter featuring truly brutal combat in a fully destructible world. A massive arsenal of weapons, realistic equipment, and deep authentic customization. Prepare for absolute carnage.

Key features

Weapons & Gear

Prepare for war! Choose from an extensive arsenal of meticulously recreated weapons and a vast selection of real-world military equipment. Customize your trooper to suit your preferences and mission requirements with a wide range of customization options.

Weapon and equipment authenticity is one of Entropos’ core strengths. We work with manufacturers, visit exhibitions and museums, study technical documentation, and consult with specialists and instructors to recreate in-game models, textures, and animations with near-encyclopedic accuracy.

Realistic shooting and weapon handling are powered by our proprietary Reactive Recoil™ technology, which mathematically simulates recoil and the behavior of the weapon–shooter system during sustained and short bursts, single shots, and with different attachments installed.

Desctuctibility & Interactivity

In the never-ending race for better graphics, Entropos puts its emphasis on physics and world interactivity. Maps in Entropos are almost entirely destructible and filled with a vast number of physics-enabled objects.

Destruction looks impressive, but it also directly affects gameplay: demolish an entire wall with a powerful charge or break through it with a sledgehammer, destroy enemy fortifications, or open a route into their rear through the roof. In Entropos, destruction is part of the gameplay rather than mere decoration.

And there is more to shaping the battlefield than destruction: reinforce positions with barricades and camouflage nets, mine access routes, deploy electronic warfare systems, and keep your position supplied. With dozens of gadgets and specialized devices at your disposal, there is immense room for tactical creativity.

Unique style

Entropos features a distinctive faceted visual style. Every object is modeled down to the finest details, preserving authentic proportions and recognizable forms, while rounded surfaces are simplified into sharp, angular cuts that reinforce the game’s hardcore character.

A Game About a Great War and the Small People Caught in It

Experience life as a soldier (or a mercenary) in a global military conflict where the world’s largest civilizations and most powerful empires collide in a bloody struggle, humanity itself is pushed to the brink, and the old world order is shattered with no certainty that anything will replace it.

Entropos does not shy away from portraying war for what it is, confronting sensitive subjects, and exposing human nature at its most vulnerable. But deciding what is good or evil is left entirely to you.

Universe

World of Entropos

The events unfold in an alternative reality where World War III took a shape unlike anything we usually imagine.

After the bloody end of the Cold War, American hegemony began building a new world. It seemed idyllic: conflict gave way to cooperation for the good of humanity — nuclear weapons were abandoned, engineers took on incredible projects, people finally began to live without fear. Yet that world was built as unipolar, and the embers of old animosities inevitably began to glow again.

Each new challenge, whether a large-scale disaster, a terrorist attack, or a distant conflict, further strained relations between the leading power and its allies. And when political discussions reached an impasse, the world was once again engulfed in great instability. Its name was Entropy.

What is entropy?

Entropy is a measure of disorder and uncertainty in a system. It is a scientific term, but we take it metaphorically, projecting the idea of the impermanence of the world, the shift from relative order to all-embracing chaos.

Development

June Folks is a team of independent developers that came together in 2023 from a group of dedicated hardcore gamers with one goal: to create games without compromise. We develop projects for real gamers — ones that deliver genuine emotions and don't look back at industry standards or fashionable trends.

Our games are not born out of business plans or reports to publishers. We create what we believe in and what we want to play. Players are our support, our only judge, and our main inspiration.

Plans

Roadmap

Entropos is being developed by a small independent team, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a plan — check out the list of upcoming features here:

post-launch plans

Our plans for supporting Status Entropos after release are no less ambitious than the game’s development itself.

After release will we finally begin to fully unveil the story of the universe. Every few months, the game will shift into a new era — from the origins of the conflict to the full-scale World War III and its aftermath. Alongside new pieces of lore, each era will introduce new factions with their own weapon branches, characters, customization, maps, and other content.

Through major updates, we plan to introduce a 48-player “Invasion” mode with drivable ground vehicles, develop a dynamic weather system and night gameplay, and eventually open the door to community-hosted servers with highly customizable gameplay settings.

New game

Once the development of the core systems and mechanics of Status Entropos is complete and the game transitions into a live support phase with regular content updates, we plan to begin parallel development of a new game set in the Entropos universe — a continuation of its story in an adjacent genre, with an entirely different scale of ambition.

Media Kit

For content creators and fan projects, we’ve prepared a dedicated Media Kit with useful materials, including logos, artwork, screenshots, and other official assets for Entropos.
