The final End User License Agreement will be published before the commercial release of the game, before direct sales through this website, and before the introduction of user accounts, gameplay telemetry, anti-cheat systems, or other live service features.

Any limited pre-release access provided to eligible supporters is intended for testing and feedback. It may be changed, suspended, discontinued, or replaced by final release terms at a later stage.

Pre-release access does not guarantee permanent access to the game, preservation of progress, availability of servers, availability of specific content, or inclusion of any feature in the final release.

Steam keys or other platform keys, if provided, are subject to the rules and availability of the relevant platform.
